1. HOUSING
- End the corporate property takeover of El Cajon housing
- Put renters and homeowners first by funding and supporting first-time homebuyer assistance programs
2. Jobs/Labor:
- Guarantee union wages and hiring from our community on all city projects
- Fight for a city minimum wage and an office of labor standards to combat wage theft
3. IMMIGRATION
- Support our immigrant neighbors. Audit and stop ECPD’s collaboration with ICE
- Reinforce county defense programs and guarantee access to city resources
4. INFRASTRUCTURE
- Repair our roads, sidewalks, and parks by using every available grant
- Reopen public restrooms and rejuvenate our community spaces
5. PUBLIC SAFETY
- Launch a citywide community response team tasked with
de-escalating mental health crises - Audit the police budget to fund community needs, like mental health and safety resources
